Ladies this one for you. Summer is basically here and it is getting HOT out here in these streets. This steamy summer trend is comfortable and can even be sexy. Workout gear is not just being used to you know "workout" it is becoming a everyday wear, even if you never did a push-up.
The gym rat look can be something fierce or you can keep it simple. It all started off the Calvin Klein bra and underwear sets. The simple black and white sets was seen all over social media last summer. You couldn't tell me at least ten times a day you didn't see several Instagram famous girls with these sets.
That look from last summer evolved into turning all gym wear is ready to go. Who doesn't want to be apart of the wave. The fun patterns, the stretchy pants, and the comfortable sports bra! Did I mention the fabric that cools you down as you sweat. All females rejoice!.
Brand and companies are riding this street wear trend. The biggest brands would naturally be Puma, Nike and Adidas. Rihanna Puma collection killing it. Everyone wants the fuzzy slippers and "dolled up" workout clothes that can dressed up to look like casual wear with edge.
Fast fashion stores stay trying to keep up. H&M athletic, Forever 21, and Victoria Secret. All have lines and lines of clothing for this trend. All having their logo all over it. But damn aren't they cute.
The fun thing about this is how sexy you can make. Fish net, rips and stitches, see through paneling. Throw on a pair of your favorite heels and call it statement date night. Or wear you favorite sneakers. Do it up or keep it chill.
All in all this is major go for my actual ladies who do bust it out at the gym, for my lazy day girls, and for my girls who want to be trendy.
